Ormedo Corp. (“Ormedo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information received from third parties you choose to connect.

Account and profile information

When you sign up for Ormedo, we may collect your name, email address, company name, login credentials, and related account details.

Workspace inputs and uploaded content

We collect information you choose to submit through the Service, including company descriptions, ICP inputs, CSV uploads, lead lists, notes, prompts, and generated outreach content.

Billing and transaction information

If you purchase a paid plan, billing and payment processing are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We may receive limited billing metadata, such as subscription status, invoice details, and the last four digits of a payment method.

Connected mailbox information

If you connect a mailbox, we collect the tokens, mailbox metadata, and related configuration needed to send messages you authorize through the Service.

Usage, device, and log data

We may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, page visits, feature usage, request logs, and approximate geolocation derived from IP address.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Process workspace inputs, generate outputs, and support outbound workflow features.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information:
